12 weeks of workouts specifically designed for your body, schedule, experience, and goals. Whatever goals you have, we'll tackle them together through personalized workouts just for you. Your program will be broken down into phases that will ensure you are constantly progressing. Through weekly check ins and form monitoring we'll make sure everything is working for you. All the work is done for you, all you have to do is show up and get moving!
A 30 minute 1-1 virtual video movement assessment for me to gain a better understanding of how your body moves today. Show up as you are for a few simple movements that will help me design your workouts!

Whether you're training at the gym, in your living room or outside on the beach on vacation, all training with me is done through a user friendly mobile app that can be taken anywhere. 24 hour access to all your workouts, communication with me, the Confident Crew Community Facebook group, and more!

There isn't any one way to workout. Walk, run, swim, hike, dance, lift, twerk, whatever. Together we'll figure out what combination of movement works best for you to not only be motivated to start, but to stick to it for the long haul.
