12 weeks (3 months) of workouts specifically designed for your body, schedule, experience, and goals. Whatever goals or limitations you may have, we'll tackle them together through personalized workouts just for you. Your program will be broken down into phases that will ensure you are constantly progressing. Through weekly check ins and form monitoring we'll make sure everything is working for you. All the work is done for you, all you have to do is show up and get moving!

A 30 minute 1-1 virtual video movement assessment for me to gain a better understanding of how your body moves today. Show up as you are for a few simple movements that will help me design your workouts! Reassessment after every 3 months included.

This program is great for someone with or without experience, prefers to workout in the comfort of their own home (or a private gym facility), and would like more real time, in person support from their trainer. The Believe Package includes everything in the Dream Package plus 4 1-hour virtual personal training sessions per month. Additional training sessions are available and may be purchased upon request for both packages and are dependent on trainer availability.
